1. How can I book a service with Snowride Lapland?To book a service, go to our booking page, select the service you’re interested in, choose your date and time, and follow the instructions to complete your reservation. You can also contact us directly if you need assistance.

2. What payment methods do you accept?We accept payments via credit card and debit card. Cash payments are also available in the office.

3. What should I do if I need to cancel or change my reservation?If you need to cancel your tour, please contact us info@snowridelapland.com. You can cancel or change your reservation up to 8 days before the service without charge. If you cancel 7 days or less before the event you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%. If you cancel 2 days or less before the event you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100%.

What is included in the price of the services?The price of the service includes temporary rental of clothing to carry out the activity (until the activity is completed), transportation to the site where the tour will start, the guided tour which will be the main part of the activity and the return to the central office of Snowride Lapland Oy.
